48 Guest Pole Tent Package (Round Tables)

This package includes a 20' x 30' pole tent that provides 600 square feet of shade and enough seating for about 50 people using round banquet tables. This the perfect package for casual gatherings of any kind. Pole tents are only suitable for set up in grass. The tent will have 2 center poles and 10 perimeter poles.

This package contains:

• One 20’ x 30’ Pole Tent
• 48 White Folding Chairs
• 6 Round Banquet Tables

Add lighting and tent walls for an additional charge.

Please be advised that tents are set up a day or two in advance of the event and removed a day or two after unless otherwise agreed upon. We will notify you of set up date/time 5 days prior and confirm any changes at that time. If you require special set up times, please contact our office.
